Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refund requests are handled for lessons and test day car hire.

Lesson Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with at least 48 hours notice are eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Test Day Car Hire

Test day car hire bookings cancelled with at least 48 hours notice are also eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.

If The School Cancels

If Good Luck Mehmet Driving School cancels a lesson, learners will be offered either:

  • A full refund
  • A rescheduled lesson
